How to order
The products are ordered online by moving them to the shopping cart and paying the contents of the shopping cart at the online payment service. All customer information is handled confidentially. The contact information requested for the order will be used for the purposes of ordering or clarifying any inaccuracies in the order, unless otherwise stated. When you order from an online store you are required to become acquainted with and committed to the terms of delivery in force at any time.
Payment and payment methods
The payment service is operated by Klarna Checkout, which payment options are invoice, payment, credit card payment and online payment.
By declaring details on the checkout you agree to the terms and conditions of Klarna AB (Klarna AB, Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm). By clicking on the "Buy" button you agree to minikoot the general terms and conditions.
If you order from other country in Europe than Austria, Germany, Finland, Norway or Sweden then use the invoice option.
Order and payment confirmation
Once we have received your order, we will email you an order confirmation, which shows your order information. Always check the content of the order confirmation. If you have any questions, contact our customer service immediately. Save the order confirmation if you need to contact customer service. When you are in contact with customer service, always keep your customer number and order number available. Always check that the contents of the package match the items in the order confirmation.

Delivery Methods and Costs
Shipping costs include postal and packaging costs. All orders will be sent to Finland € 3,20 - 5,40 € delivery costs, depending on the size of the shipment.
Delivery to Europe 4,80 - 18,00€.
The available delivery methods depend on the content and total weight of the shopping cart. You can choose the option that best suits you from using the checkout method.
We deliver the products within 1-2 business days.
We are not responsible for the delays caused by force majeure or the indirect harm caused by delays. The webshop informs about delivery times that are different on its website.
You have the right to return the product within 14 days without notice. The repayment period ends 14 days after the last item is received.
The products to be returned have to be in the original condition, unwashed and unused and in the original packaging.
You must inform us in advance of your decision to return the product by e-mail to email@example.com to obtain the required return form and more detailed instructions for the refund.
Refund is chargeable. Return costs for the products are 5,40€ in Finland and 20€ for other countries.
If the money is returned by PayPal then PayPal will charge a few percent commission on it.
We will charge the shipping cost for a non-redeemed package that has not been subject to a separate cancellation notice.
If the product has been lost or damaged during transport, or if it does not respond to your order, you must notify us within 14 days of the error in writing to the address mentioned in the Cancellation and Return Conditions. If the package is clearly damaged during transport, you must immediately make a complaint about the delivery method you have chosen for the transport company.
